Returns due to dissatisfaction:
We accept returns of products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
The products must be in their original condition, with labels and no signs of use.
Contact us via WhatsApp to start the returns process. Inform us of the reason for the return and the order number.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or error in shipping the product.
Return for Defect or Shipping Error:
If the product you received is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
We will arrange to exchange the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refund process:
